“ The Kelan Xinxin Tmall store has discontinued single-unit air-conditioner filters and now recommends a cost-effective three-pack for a year of easy replacement. ”

Dear Kelan Xinxin Customers,

To provide you with a better and more convenient shopping experience, after careful consideration, we would like to inform you of the following:

Effective immediately, the Kelan Xinxin Tmall store will discontinue sales of single-unit air-conditioner filters. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Although single-unit filters will no longer be available, we have prepared a more attractive three-pack that offers several advantages:

1. Worry-Free Replacements for a Full Year: One purchase covers your needs for an extended period, so you do not need to remember frequent replacements or make repeat purchases. This makes replacing your filters easier and more convenient.

2. Better Value: Compared with buying one filter at a time, the three-pack offers better value and can save you money.

3. Excellent Filtration Performance: Every filter in the pack maintains excellent filtration performance, helping you and your family enjoy cleaner, more comfortable air at all times.

Thank you for your continued support and trust in Kelan Xinxin. We will continue striving to provide you with better products and services.

If you have any questions, please contact our online customer service team at any time.
