Customization Process

Understand customer needs
Our online engineers will gain an in-depth understanding of your requirements; you are welcome to provide information such as product drawings, filter samples, relevant specifications, or photos of the filter mesh.
Proposal Discussion
Sales personnel communicate with the client to confirm the preliminary design proposal.
Sample Production
Sample request issued; sample production initiated.
Performance Testing
Confirm the testing parameters based on client requirements, and make adjustments according to client specifications once the results are available.
Customer Acceptance/Order Placement
The customer places a product order after confirming the drawings or samples.
Compile process documentation
We enter the sample specifications confirmed by the customer into the system to create a technical documentation file, ensuring traceability for future reference.
Production and Inspection
The factory has commenced mass production, incorporating initial inspections, in-process inspections, and finished product testing. Once products are warehoused, they undergo further random sampling, or we may invite customers to participate in the inspection process.
Shipment in accordance with the agreement
Once the verification results are satisfactory and the customer has approved the shipment, we dispatch the products to the customer.
